Regina Staples - Ride Into Health. Rider Awareness Clinic

Teaching mature riders and horses, healthy movement patterns so that you can stay fit, age well & ride for longer

Full information:

Participants investigate removing dysfunctional and unhealthy patterns of movement that are blocking the progress and harmony they long for in their riding.

They will learn and be able to take away exercises to rewire these patterns. These exercises will allow them to be their own teacher and see measurable progress they are making and be ready for the next step in their riding.

As well as coaching others, Sarah is passionate about continuing her own education, attending numerous coaching and judging conventions and complementary training in natural horsemanship and show jumping. In addition, she regularly works with top international dressage trainers including Arthur Kottas, Stephen Clark and Miguel Ralao.
